We believe in our products and want to keep you fabulous and out of the closet! If you have received an item from us that arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving the item and complete the steps below:
1. Take all applicable photos showing the damaged item. Take as many as you think is necessary to illustrate the issue.
2. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the photos, a detailed description of the issue, and your order #.
3. We will reply with a confirmation email within 24 business hours and begin working on your claim.
* Please note that each product we sell is made to order. This means that it is created and/or printed when you order. For this reason, we can only offer exchanges or refunds for items that are damaged or have a manufacturing defect. We cannot other returns or exchanges for any other reason. *
